IMMEDIATE NEED: Boulevard is seeking a junior Operations Research analyst. Do you - or someone you know - fit the requirements?

Required Skills
• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• Has a minimum of 2 years Department of Defense experience
• Has initial experience in change management and identifying process risks
• Works well within a team of professionals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good research abilities
• Computer skills; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Has assisted with group facilitation and techniques (such as brainstorming sessions).

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Science, or Business Management/Administration. Training in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Experience identifying and analyzing process risks within a system
Experience in applying CPI tradecraft, including LSS, to process improvement projects.
Experience in applying change management policy and objectives.
Experience in implementing Quality Management Systems and or development/use of customer satisfaction and workforce climate surveys, questionnaires, or other feedback instruments.
