Sometimes we get so immersed in mundane options that we forget we are, in fact making, decisions. Nonetheless, even simple choices can have repercussions. Whether you are making a decision on what shoes best match a particular suit, or selecting between health insurance plans, or identifying the best way to spend your customer's dollars on new business equipment, there is an impact. Not knowing what that impact might look like does not make you more informed, and certainly won't equip you with a shovel to dig your organization out from under a pile of bad decisions."
